What guests loved:

Friendly and very helpful and hardworking staff Diverse breakfast Nice refurbished rooms on top floors Lovely quiet area Very comfortable bed

Areas for improvement:

Lower rooms in the hotel are currently being renovated but this didn't bother me. Aircon not working yet but it was not needed when I stayed.
